Refund policy

DELIVERIES

Heavy items including beds and bunk beds are sent via specialist furniture carriers.

If they are made to order products and non-stock items, we will contact you as soon as they are in our UK warehouse to arrange delivery at a time that is convenient for you.

Please note that if a delivery is booked with you via our specialist couriers (for heavy items, cots, beds, bunk beds etc) and you are not at the address to accept the delivery during your agreed time slot we reserve the right to charge you for the delivery before we make a second attempted delivery.

RETURNS

At MK Kids Lifestyle, every piece of furniture and accessory is made to measure and crafted to order, ensuring it is unique to your requirements. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in the rare event that an item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure all products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you believe your order is faulty or has been damaged in transit:

  1. Report the issue – Please notify us within 48 hours of of delivery by emailing mkkidslifestyle@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and supporting photographs.

  2. Assessment – Our team will assess the issue and, where possible, arrange a repair or replacement.

  3. Final Option – Return – If a repair or replacement cannot be undertaken, we will accept a return and issue a full refund for the faulty item.

Important Notes

  • As all items are made-to-measure, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, or if the product does not fit your space.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate measurements and specifications are provided when placing an order.

  • Natural variations in materials (such as wood grain or fabric texture) are part of the product’s character and are not considered faults.
