Inspired by traditional Japanese woodcraft, the chair has an almost weightless appearance. Its joints are carefully concealed, while the slender legs extend to the full height of the chair, framing the backrest between them. The rear legs meet the floor slightly behind the seat, giving the chair its distinctive organic character – almost as though it has gently stepped backwards.

Simple, elegant and beautifully proportioned for little ones, the chair works equally well in a bedroom, playroom or family living space. Pair it with a children’s table from the same collection for a coordinated look, or mix it with other furniture for a more relaxed, eclectic feel.
